SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to get your order out the door quickly—because we know you're excited to rep your William Lee Martin gear! Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via trusted carriers like USPS or UPS. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely, whether it’s a koozie, hat, or a t-shirt from the Funny Life Tour. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your William Lee Martin merch—but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To start a return or exchange, just email us at management@williamleemartin.com with your order number and what you’d like to do. We’ll walk you through the process and make it as easy as possible. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
